The warm smiles at reception and the thoughtful birthday cake for my friend brought so much joy. The food was delightful, and the evenings were filled with lively entertainment.

Unfortunately, one bartender at the lobby bar was quite rude, which marred an otherwise perfect experience.

A Relaxing Getaway with Wonderful Staff

We enjoyed our stay for an entire week, taking advantage of the great service from Oussama by the pool and Soufian in the restaurant. The hotel's shuttle made exploring downtown Marrakech easy, and the local cuisine was a treat. Make sure to try the traditional dishes at the on-site restaurant!
